The Login Page

The StratusVue websites' login page will be the location that username and password that has been assigned will be entered to gain access to the applicable StratusVue website.


Note: If you are unsure of your username and password, please contact the StratusVue Support Team at support@stratusvue.com. Be sure to let them know which StratusVue Platform Website you are looking to access.



In addition to giving users the ability to sign in and collaborate, the login page offers:

The Resource Toolbar

The Resource Toolbar across the top of the StratusVue Platform Website provides quick access to projects and various resources.


Projects - Clicking on the Projects button in the Resource Toolbar will give users the ability to search for projects that they have been granted access and permissions. Selecting a Project name will navigate the User the Project Home Screen

Learning Resources - The Learning Resources button will take users to the StratusVue Learning Resources page. Here users can find how-to guides, video guides, recordings of our Guest Speaker Series, and recorded Learning Events. 


Contact Us - The Contact Us button will take users to the StratusVue Freshdesk Ticketing system. Here users are able to generate tickets for submission to the StratusVue Strategic Success Team.

Release Notes - The Release Notes button will bring users to the StratusVue Release Notes page. Releases are scheduled in 4 week sprints, which means that releases typically occur once a month. Releases are subject to change without notice; however, when releases are deployed, the release notes page is updated.


Get StratusDrive - For StratusDrive subscribers and their collaborators, this button is how the local StratusDrive will be downloaded.


The Navigation Tree

The Navigation Tree, located on the left-hand side of the screen, will look a little different for each user depending on their assigned Site Permissions. The navigation tree can be pinned and unpinned as needed using the pin icon to the top right. 

User Administration

This area of the Navigation Tree will only show for users with the User Site Level Permissions to Manage Users


My Dashboards

This area of the Navigation Tree is unique to the logged in user. This is where users are able to setup Scheduled Reports


My Bid Packages

This area of the Navigation Tree is unique to the logged in user. This allows the logged in user to see all active Bid Packages that they are a listed bidder


My Activity Log (The Default Landing Page for All Users)

This area of the Navigation Tree is unique to the logged in user. My Activity Log is the default landing page for all user profiles. That setting can be changed in My Profile.


My Favorite Projects

This area of the Navigation Tree is unique to the logged in user. My Favorite Projects is a place for users to quickly navigate to their favorited projects.


My Organizations

When expanding My Organizations, internal users to an organization are shown their Organization. For all other logged in users, My Organizations will show a listing of all organizations that the logged in user is a listed Project Member of an active project.


Selecting an organization and organization Location will expand that organization to show all the available locations and projects that user has access to.


Selecting a project will navigate the user to the Project Home Screen


For Organization Admins, and users with certain elevated Site Permissions, expanding the organization in the Navigation Tree is where you would access the Organization Setup and/or Organization Reports.


The Project Home Screen

The Project Home screen will be the same for each Organization Project. However. the hyperlinks shown on the Project Home screen will vary by Project Member depending on the assigned Project Member Permissions assigned to the logged in profile.


Project Admins will have access to all of the purchased modules & module sections of the Project's owning organization. 

 

Project Modules

Project Modules are the sections identified on the project home screen with a heading.

  • Project Setup
  • Cost Management
  • Project Management
  • Reports
  • Documents  

Project Sections

Project Sections are the parts of the project that make up the module. Each section has its own unique functionality and holds specific content/functionality for that module section. Access to project sections is controlled by Project Member Permissions.


Project Section Subfolders

The Project Management and Document Management Modules sections also have the ability to have a folder structure created within the module section. Subfolders are unique to each project, whereas the Module and Sections cannot be customized or changed. Subfolders are shown within each project section in their own grid. Below is an example of a Transmittals section with subfolders created.

Note: All project section subfolders are subject to additional Project Management Folder Access and Document Management Folder Access

Additionally, default folder structures are available via Project Templates.
