About Document Management Folder Access
Unlike Project Management Folder Access, Document Management folders are accessible by all Project Members with Permissions to the applicable Document Section. Project Member assigned permissions will apply to all folders within un-restricted folders. Document Management Folder Access does not need to be assigned to project members unless the folder is a restricted folder. Restricted Folders are fully controlled by the assigned document management folder access.
Restricted Folders are available to all project members with the User Role of Project Admin on the Project, since Project Admins cannot be restricted within a project.
For Customers with a StratusDrive subscription, StratusDrive Permissions are separate from the standard Plans, Specs, General & Photo, and Closeout Document sections within the StratusVue website project. Please refer to your StratusDrive documentation for more information.
