Understanding Reporting Levels

  • Several reports are available at the organizational level. This job reference describes each report briefly. For instructions on how to view reports, see the job aid “View reports" below.
  • To see the organization-level reports, you must either be an Organization Administrator, or have permission to view reports (assigned by your Organization Administrator).
  • The steps to view reports are the same whether you are looking at organization- or project-level reports.
  • Each project has a Reports area, with reports related to that project’s activity.

**NOTE: You can customize reports by project if your projects have different reporting requirements or other project-specific requirements. Work with your certified consultant to implement project-specific reporting.**

View reports

  • Open Reports at the org level by clicking on your Organization name in the navigation tree to the left side of your screen. Once expanded, click "Reports"  to select a report to view.  Each report has a different set of report options, which you can use to filter data or change the report design.

  • Many reports have Options and Sorting sections, which you can use to arrange data in the most useful way.  Once you finalize your selections, click Refresh.
