About the Bid Package Report

Previously known as the Bidder Status Report, the Bid Package Report at the Organization Level allows for a report to be run on bidders that have been invited to bid on any Bid Package within the Organization., including their assigned CSI Codes, Bid Package responses, and overall response percentages.

The Organizational Level Bid Package Report can only be accessed by Organization Admins, Organization User's with the elevated Site Level Permission to "View Organization Reports" or "Bid Management Estimator"

The Filters

CSI Division = A dropdown populated by Organization Level List Management: CSI Codes. This dropdown is populated with the folder and item structure that is in the main CSI Codes list screen.

CSI Code = A dropdown populated by Organization Level List Management: CSI Codes. This dropdown is populated with all list items held within the CSI Code List Type.

Bidder Company = A text field to search/filter by a specific User Company. Start typing in the box to return results.

Duration = The length of time, in years, for the report to cover.

Once filters have been applied, using the Run button will run the filters on the project data and return results for viewing.

Viewing the Results

Once the filters are entered, use the Run button to apply the entered filters to the available data. The preview grid will populate with the results based on the entered filter criteria.
