About the Synchronization Queue
The Synchronization Queue holds all of the synchronization requests for an Organization. This queue can be cleared so that new requests can be prioritized. The synchronization queue can only be cleared by Organization Admins and System Admins.
Clear the Synchronization Queue
1. Navigate to the Organization Reports section within the Navigation Tree
2. Select Synchronization Reports > Synchronization Queue
3. In the Sync Queue grid, select the queued requests that need to be cleared, or use the select all checkbox to select all queued requests.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the grid and select Remove Item from Queue
