About the Diversity (DEI) Report
The Diversity (DEI) Report allows for a report to be generated based on the not only qualifications assigned to a User Company for an Organization, but also information about that Company and it's Users.
For this report to be able to pull qualification data, the data needs to be entered into the company and person profiles of users.
The Diversity (DEI) Report can only be accessed by Organization Admins and Organization User's with the elevated Site Level Permission to "View Organization Reports"
The Filters
Qualification Data Captured to a Company Profile
Public Certifications = Allows the report to search/filter for specific assigned company public certifications.
Unique Certifications = Allows the report to search/filter for specific assigned unique certifications.
Company Information = Allows the report to search/filter for specific company information.
Location = Allows for the report to search/filter for a specific city, state, zip, an distance from zip.
Preferred Job Cost Range = Allows for the report to search/filter to a specific low- and high-end value.
Bidding Information = Allows the report to search/filter for specific Qualifications input for a company.
Qualification Data Captured to a User Profile
Type of Work Performed = Allows the report to search/filter for a specific discipline, Divisions, or CSI Codes assigned to Site Users.
Viewing the Results
Once the filters are entered, use the Run button to apply the entered filters to the available data. The preview grid will populate with the results based on the entered filter criteria.
Additionally, the report can be exported as a .csv file by selecting the Export to CSV option in the preview grid or as an .xls
It can also be printed using the print icon
If the standard, out-of-the-box report does not meet an organization's need, there is the opportunity to customize any print or report via our Professional Services Group. Submit to support@stratusvue.com a markup of the report with details about customizations or changes. The Report Writers will review the request and advise if the customization request can be completed, the cost, and the turnaround of the customized report.
