About Being a Collaborator on a Punch List Item
Collaborators will have a read only version of the Punch List Item when it is opened. Collaborators are able to print the Issue, participate in the discussion, and upload attachments.
As a reminder, Project Member Permissions must be properly set in order for Collaborators to have access to Issues.
Printing a Punch List Item
1. Within the Punch List, select the Print tab in the top ribbon
2. Select one of the two print options
- Print Item - Generate just the Punch List Item print without Attachments as a PDF
- Print Item with Attachments - Generate the Punch List Items as PDF with any attachments compatible with compiling
Printing Multiple Punch List Items
1. In the Punch Lists section or subfolder, use the checkboxes to the left to choose the Punch List Items to be included into the PDF print
2. In the top ribbon, select Print/Reports
3. Select one of the two print options
- Print Item - Generate just the Punch List Item prints without Attachments as a PDF
- Print Item with Attachments - Generate the Punch List Items as PDF with any attachments compatible with compiling
Participating in the Discussion of a Punch List
1. Navigate to the Punch List Item that a discussion post is being created
2. Scroll to the Discussion section
3. In the reply box, type the discussion reply and hit Send Reply
4. The reply will be posted to the discussion section and all listed collaborators (to, from, CC's) will be sent an email notification.
