Create a Punch List

 

  • On the Project Home Page, click Punch Lists in the Project Management module

 

 

  • On the Punch Lists Home Page , choose a folder for the new Punch List to reside in. If no folder exists, click New Folder in the top ribbon bar ***Note: A folder is not required to create a Punch List***

  • Inside the folder, click New Punch List in the top ribbon bar.  This will open the Create New Punch List page

  • In the Create New Punch List page, fill in all required fields, as well as any additional information. Each required field is marked with an asterisk. When complete, click Save

Adding Responsible Parties

 

  • Scroll to the Responsible Parties section and click the Blue Plus Sign to open the User Selection tool

  • Select the parties you would like to add as responsible parties by placing a checkmark in the box to the left of each party's name. After selecting the desired responsible parties, click Close and Add Selected

 

 

Adding CCs

 

  • Scroll to the CC Users Section and click the Blue Plus Sign to open the User Selection Tool

 

 

  • Select the parties you would like to add to the CC List by placing a checkmark in the box to the left of each party's name. After selecting the desired parties, click Close and Add Selected

 

 

 

Adding Attachments

 

  • Scroll to the File Upload section
  • Drag and Drop the desired file(s) into the gray box
  • Once the upload indicator has turned green, select Upload File(s) to add the document to the Attachments section

 

 

Processing Punch Lists

 

  • Select the Punch List you would like to process by placing a checkmark in the box to the left of the Punch List name

 

 

  • Select a close option in the Top Ribbon Bar. You can choose from Close, Close by Owner, Close by Subcontractor, and Close by Architect

 

Deleting Punch Lists

 

  • Select the punch list you wish to delete by placing a check mark in the box to the left of the punch list name. Select Delete Selected in the top ribbon bar
