About the Punch List Report
The Punch List Report allows users to pull reporting based on the available information held within the Punch Lists section of the Project Management Module.
Filters & Sorting
The filters that are available for the Punch List Report can be used to search/filter for specific information regarding Punch List Items held within the Punch Lists section. The Sorting options allow for the sort of the filtered data to be customized when the PDF print of the Punch List Report is generated.
Status = A dropdown that is populated by the available Punch List statuses. This can be used to search/filter Punch List Items by the Punch List Status (By Contractor).
Status (Owner) = A dropdown that is populated by the available Punch List statuses. This can be used to search/filter Punch List Items by the Punch List Status (By Owner).
Responsible Party = A dropdown that is populated with the list of Project Members on the project. This can be used to search/filter Punch List Items for a specific assigned Responsible Party.
Punch Lists folder = A dropdown that is populated by the subfolders that have been created within the Punch Lists section of the Project Management module. This can be used to search/filter Punch List Items by a specific folder/subfolder set.
Sort By = A dropdown that is populated with the locations that are available within a Punch List. This can be used to sort the PDF print of the report by Room, Site, or Building location. (This will override any sorting options applied in the Sorting section of the Report page)
Show Grids = A selectable checkbox that allows for gridlines to be included on the PDF print of the report.
Show Responsible Party's Company = A selectable checkbox that allows for the Responsible Party's company name to be included on the PDF print of the report.
Site = A text entry field that can be used to search/filter Punch List Items for a specific Site Location information as input in Punch List items.
Building = A text entry field that can be used to search/filter Punch List Items for a specific Building information as input in Punch List items.
Floor = A text entry field that can be used to search/filter Punch List Items for a specific Floor information as input in Punch List items.
Room = A text entry field that can be used to search/filter Punch List Items for a specific Room information as input in Punch List items.
Date Due = A date selector that allows a search/filter Punch List Items for a Punch List due date.
Sorting
The sorting options at the bottom of the Punch List Report allows users to control the order in which the information is sorted on the print of the report. Please note, the Sort By option in the Punch Lists Report Filter Criteria section of the Punch List Report page is selected, it overrides any selections made here.
The seven sorting options are: None, Site, Building, Floor, Room, Date Due, and Responsible Party. The arrows to the right are to toggle the sort between ascending and descending.
Once filters and sorting have been applied, using the Run button will run the filters on the project data and return results for viewing.
Viewing the Results
Selecting the Run button applies the filters and sorting to the available data. When completed, the Preview grid will update to show the results.
The filtered report can also be printed to a PDF by using the Print icon in the top ribbon.
A copy of the filtered report that was generated using Print can also be sent out via a Project Transmittal by using the Transmit button in the top ribbon and completing the Transmittal process
This report can also be exported to a .csv file

The Report Writers will review the request and advise if the customization request can be completed, the cost, and the turnaround of the customized report.
