In the Dropdown, select the names of the project members that will be assigned to each (the dropdown is populated by the Project Member List). This will default to the TO and FROM field in RFIs, Submittals and Transmittals
The right column is an Auto-CC column. That means any notification out of the project that is sent to the Project Member on the left will automatically be sent to the Project Member listed on the right, regardless of the assignment to the item that is being sent.
In addition to populating the To and From within RFI's, Submittals, and Transmittals - these project member assignments also include a set of automatic notifications.
Responsible Arch PM
No automatic email notifications are initiated from the project.
Responsible GC PM
Receives a copy of all Mobile Application Transmissions
Receives an automatic email notification when a Commitment is released to accounting.
Receives an automatic email notification when a Commitment Line Item exceeds the budget for the Cost Code
Responsible Owners Rep
Receives the Transmission of the Contract Pencil Draw.
Project Assistant
No automatic email notifications are initiated from the project.
Project Accountant
Receives an automatic email notification when a Commitment is released to accounting.
Receives an automatic email notification when a Commitment Line Item exceeds the budget for the Cost Code
**NOTE: If you insert the name of a second party for the responsible project member, they will receive all the email notifications that the first listed responsible party does.
Defaults
Allows for the project defaults to be defined with each section. Helping to prepopulate date fields and responsible parties.
Miscellaneous
Expediting Lead Time, if you are importing a submittal log, insert the number of days for material lead time.
Cost Management Process
Autogenerated transmittals folders for CO
The location a change event will be located when created and sent.
Default Retainage
Insert retainage percentage to be populated within the project commitments.
Optional Reporting Acknowledgements, selecting the boxes of either of these options will allow for this acknowledgement to be presented on a custom change management item report.

Add-ons Overhead, Markup & Fee Setup
- As many default markups as desired can be setup in project defaults
- Markup can be created as Cumulative Markup by selecting the checkbox for Is Cumulative and entering a cumulative order.
- Is Deleted, if a Markup was added and used in a project then deleted at the default level this box will be checked. This allows all existing change orders using the now deleted markup to persist
- Markup can be defined to a Contract Item on the Contract Info page. This means that all markup from Change Events is shown on a Contract Item within the Contract Info Page
** Note: Markup can either be standard, cumulative, or to a contract. Markup cannot be cumulative and assigned to a contract item**

RFIs Default Folders
Response Time
Insert number of days for an RFI response back from the listed responsible party defined in the Architect allocation within the info page. The default will be to calculate by business days. You have the option to use calendar days by selecting the box. This option will allow for the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday, Christmas Day
Forwarding:
If you wish to utilize the forwarding feature (moving an RFI from one folder to another folder) you will need to create additional folders to contain the forwarded RFI and then define them within the folder defaults.
Same Number for Forwarded RFI's:
This will allow your original RFI to be the same number of the RFI you are forwarding to the Architect Folder
Include Transmittal when sending and RFI
This option will add a primary page, a transmittal prior to the RFI page.
Hide RFI Mark as Answered for users without modify permissions.
This will hide the MARK SELECTED AS ANSWER button within the RFI discussion Area for users without the write permission to the RFI section or subfolder
Submittal Process

Autogenerated Transmittal Folder – Create a Submittal Transmittals folder in the submittals module and define in project defaults. This will drop your submittal transmittals into their own folder.

As a default cc’s will not be included if a transmittal is forwarded; to all for the cc'd listed on the original transmittal to remain as a cc please update this section to have the box checked. If this is not checked any cc's would need to be added.

Define the folder you want the transmittals stored within.
Document Previews and Storage
Choose which sections to see document previews
As an add on feature StratusDrive is defined at the project level. Allow StratusDrive will map the StratusDrive to the project. The project name will need to match the same presentation within StratusDrive.
After making all Project default changes, make sure to click "Update" to save your settings
Edit Project Tab
You can edit the general project information from this screen. Required fields are defined with the *. The zip code entered within this screen will be used to populate the daily log weather.
After making changes to the project information, make sure to click SAVE to save your settings
Custom Fields Tab
Allows for specific organization data to be recorded and captured at the project level
