About Downloading Document Files and Folders
Project Documents & folders that reside within the Document Module sections of: Plans, Specs, General & Photo, or Closeout Documents, can be downloaded in various ways.
In order to download project documents & folders from the Document Module Sections, users must have the project permission to Read to the Project Documents section. Please also see Document Module Permissions.
Single File/Folder Download
Each folder and file within the document module sections have a download icon within the folder and document grids
Clicking the download icon on a folder will download the entire content of the folder as a zip file to the local computer
Clicking the download icon on a file will download that individual file to the local computer
It is important to note that the download experience will vary by Internet Browser and that browser's settings.
Multiple File/Folder Download
To download Multiple Files and Folders:
1. Select the files/folders within the grid
2. Select the Download icon in the top ribbon
All files downloaded this way will be downloaded to a zip file on the local computer.
