Sending Meeting Agendas via Email
1. Navigate to the Meeting Agendas grid where the Agenda resides
2. Select the Send Email button within the Meeting Agendas gird
The Meeting Agenda Email Notifications will be sent to all listed Invitee's and CC's of the Meeting Agenda. The notification allows Invitee's to Accept or Decline the meeting (this is captured in the Invitee's grid). Additionally, both Invitee's and CC's are able to quickly navigate to the Agenda in the system or Generate the PDF of the Agenda.
