The Meeting Agenda Email Notifications
Meeting Agendas have two out-of-the-box provided email notifications:
Note that it is possible for the Meeting Agenda email notifications to be customized for an Organization. If you are interested in customizing the Email Templates or have questions regarding an email that you received please contact support@stratusvue.com.
Invitee's Email Notification
The Invitee Email that is sent out of a Meeting Agenda has its own out-of-the-box email notification. Invitee's can navigate to the Meeting Agenda in the site, generate a PDF of the Meeting Agenda, and update their Invitee status by using the Accept/Decline options right from the email notification.
Below is the standard out-of-the-box email notification for a Meeting Invitee:
CC's Email Notification
The CC Email that is sent out of a Meeting Agenda has its own out-of-the-box email notification. CC's can navigate to the Meeting Agenda in the site and generate a PDF of the Meeting Agenda right from the email notification.
