About Awarding Bidders (Making a Bidder a Project Member)
Once a project transitions from bidding to active, Bidders listed in the Bidders by Division Grid can be "awarded" the project. This process allows the bidders to be added as Project Member and have a project level User Role assigned to set Project Member Permissions for the User.
Award Bidders
1. Navigate to the Bid Package and expand the Bidders by Division grid
2. Locate the bidder(s) being awarded/made a Project Member and select their checkbox(es)
3. In the top ribbon, select the Make Bidder Project Member button.
4. In the pop-up Assign the Project Member's Project Level User Role
Note, the button in the column to the right is a copy down function to copy the role down to entries below.
5. Select Assign
If the bidder profile has already been made a project member, the below screen will present.
