About the Project Members Report
The Project Member Report allows users to pull reporting based on the available information held within the Project Members section of the Project Setup Module.
There is a special feature in the Project Members Report that allows for specific Project Members that are returned in the filter/search results to be excluded from the PDF print of the report. This feature is held in the Project Member Report's preview grid. After applying filters and sorting, selecting the checkbox to the left of a Project Member will exclude that Project Member from the PDF Print. When excluded, the Project Member will appear strikethrough in the preview grid.

The Report Design options allow for control of the type of report that is created when the PDF print for the report is generated. The filters that are available can be used to search/filter for specific information regarding Project Members held within the Project Members section. The eight sorting options are: None, Number, Date Submitted, Due Date, Status, Responsible Party, Submitting Party, Subject. The arrows to the right are to toggle the sort between ascending and descending.

Viewing the Results
Once the filters, reporting options, and/or sorting are entered, using the Run button will apply the entered filters and sorting to the available information held within the Project Member section.
