The Project Status can be updated via the Project Defaults section of the project by listed Project Admins.

Organization Admins can Changing the Project Status Via the Organization Location & Project Toolbar


1. Navigate to the Project for which the status is being changed


2. Select the Project Defaults Section of the Project Setup Module


3. Navigate to the Edit Project Tab


4. Locate the Project Status dropdown (2 fields above Project Description Box)


5. Select the new project status from the dropdown



                

6. Select Save at the bottom of the page


Note: The project status of CLOSED removes all project member access, removes the project from search and navigation tree. A Closed project is only accessible by Organization Admins through the Organization Location and Project Toolbar
