About Returning Submittal Items from Review via Transmittal Quick Return

Submittal Items within a Submittal Package can be returned in a few different ways within the System. This article is about completing the return from within the Submittal Transmittal's Quick Return option. Please note, Submittal Section Permissions must be set in order for this process to be completed.

1. Within the Submittal Transmittal Email Notification, locate the Go to Transmittal in System hyperlink and select it.

2. After a successful login, select the Quick Return button within the Submittal Transmittal to open the Quick Return screen

3. Within the Submittal Items section, use the blue UPDATE icon to open each submittal item and assign the returning Status and include any returning notes. Once completed, use the checkbox to save the changes to each item being updated

4. Within the Attachments section, use the new Add New Attachment option to open the attachment uploader. In the Add New Attachment uploader, either browse for the attachment or drag and drop it into the gray box. Once the icon for the file turns green, select Upload Files

4. Once all Submittal Items have been updated and attachments uploaded, simply use Forward to the top right hand corner to send the Submittal Items back from review via a Transmittal
