About My Activity Log
The My Activity Log section is unique to the logged in User. It is a listing of Project Management module section items that the user has been assigned as a Collaborator (To, From, CC, Responsible, etc.). My Activity Log is not used for correspondence of any type but is the one location to see various Project Management module section items that the logged in user has been assigned across projects.
The logged in user is able to filter, search, sort, view, and hide items right from the My Activity Log.
Apply Filters
There are 3 available filters within My Activity Log. The landing page filters (what is set each time a User land's on their My Activity Log are: All Projects, Open Status, All Types.
Project Name Filter
This filter is a dropdown that shows all Project's the logged in user has activities. Selecting a project will filter My Activity Log for a specific project.
Status Filter
This filter is a dropdown that shows all available statuses. It is important to understand that Transmittals DO NOT HAVE A STATUS; therefore, can only be seen under that Status of All. Selecting a status will filter My Activity Log for a specific status.
Type Filter
This filter is a listing of all of the available item types. This will be the Project Managment Module section items.
Search Items
The My Activity Log grid can be searched by typing into any of the available search boxes (to search based on that column) and pressing enter on the keyboard
Sort Items
The My Activity Log grid can be sorted by clicking on any of the column headers; the arrow will indicate how the information is presently being sorted.
View Items
There are two ways that entries on the My Activity Log grid can be viewed, they can be opened and "printed"
Open Items
Items that are shown in the My Activity Log grid can be opened for viewing by selecting the Item Number within the Number column
This click will navigate the User to the item within the project and allow for collaboration.
Print Items
Items shown within My Activity Log can also be quickly "printed".
As a reminder, "Print" within a StratusVue website means to generate a PDF.
There are two options for printing:
Print All
The Print All function will generate a PDF of all listed entries in the My Activity Log grid.
Print Selected
The Print Selected function will generate a PDF of all of the selected entries (using the checkbox to the left).
Hide Items
Users are in full control of the items that are shown on their My Activity Log. The User must manually remove the tasks themselves via the Hide Selected option.
1. Select the checkbox to the left of the Activity (or select multiple)
2. Scroll to the bottom and select Hide Selected
3. In the confirmation pop-up, select OK
When an Activity is hidden from the My Activity Log, it is simply removed from the display of My Activity Log - the item can still be accessed by navigating to the appropriate project, module, and section where the item is held.
