About Organization Integrations Setup for Sage 300
The Org Integrations Setup section of Organization Setup is where integrations with Sage 300 are set. Typically this page is set by The StratusVue Connector Team when an Organization is provisioned with a StratusVue instance and seldom requires updates or changes.
If you are unsure about this section or it's functions, please contact your Organization Admin or Support before attempting any changes or updates to this page.
ANY INCORRECT CHANGES TO THIS PAGE CAN DIRECTLY IMPACT THE SYNC OF THE ENTIRE ORGANIZATION.
The Organization Integrations setup section is only available to Organization Admins and is available within the Organization Setup section of the Navigation Tree.
StratusVue Username and Password = The Username and Password must be that of an Organization Admin within the applicable StratusVue website, this is provisioned as StratusVue's Org Admin profile for the Organization, but can be any Org Admin.
Sage 300 On Premise User Name and Password = The Username and Password must be that of the Sage 300 User that was setup during The Connector Installation (Completed during Product Implementation) OR another Sage 300 Admin.
Sage 300 Integrations Configuration Options = Only Applicable to Customers using the Contracts (CN) Module in Sage 300. The Contract Item formatting as it is set in Sage 300. This page must match in order for Contract Items to be displayed in the proper format. This is assigned during The Connector Installation (completed during Product Implementation.
Synchronization Timers = Tell the connector how often to sync.
- Synchronization Time = How frequently (in hours) an automated full organization synchronization should take place. This includes Organization Level Advanced List Management, User Group - Sage 300 Integrated Address Book, and ALL project content for projects that have Sage 300 Project Integrations Setup set.
- Configuration Timer = How often the Connector checks for Manual Sync requests held within The Synchronization Queue
Sage On Premise Configuration = Details about the location and type of connection between the StratusVue website and the local Sage 300 environment.
- Sage ODBC DSN Name or Driver = The ODBC that was setup for the Connector during The Connector Installation
- Sage Data Folder Directory = The file path to the Sage 300 database location (THIS WILL VARY BY ORGANIZATION)
Sage ODBC Query - Additional Criterial (OPTIONAL) = Additional criteria that can be set for the Sage 300-StratusVue AddressBook synchronization. The standard that is set during The Connector Install is shown in the above screenshot. There are additional options available, please contact Support with any questions.
