The Commitment Transmittal Email Notification

The Commitment Transmittal has its own out-of-the-box provided email notification. Below is the notification broken down into 5 sections:

Note that it is possible for the Commitment Transmittal email notification to be customized for an Organization. If you are interested in customizing the Email Templates or have questions regarding an email that you received please contact support@stratusvue.com.


Section #1: Subject and From

The subject of the Transmittal Email notification is made up of the Project Name, Project Number, New Transmittal Type, the Transmittal Number, and the Transmittal Description. 


The from of the email notification will always be the name of the project member listed in the From of the Transmittal and the email address will be either noreply@stratusvue.com or noreply@sagecpc.com


Section #2: General Information

This section advises general details about the Transmittal, including the To, listed CC's, and Project. It also provides the Project Member recipients a direct link to go to the Transmittal in the system after successful login to the site. 


Section #3: Remarks

This section includes all the details that are entered into the Remarks section of the Transmittal. Any formatting used in the site will be shown in the email notification as shown above. 


Section #4: Download PDF

This section gives users access to the Transmittal print and the attached  Commitment Type: Subcontract or Commitment Type: Purchase Order PDF within one PDF file. Selecting the Download PDF link will generate: The Commitment Transmittal PDF, the associated Commitment PDF, and any Public Attachments held within the Commitment. 


This is the standard footer that goes out with all email notifications. THIS CANNOT BE CUSTOMIZED. Please note this can vary depending on the StratusVue website that is being worked in.
