Bid Package Statuses
Within a Project, Bid Packages have two statuses: Enabled and Disabled. All newly created Bid Packages are created in the status of Enabled.
A bid package will automatically become a Disabled 40 business days after the bid due date that is assigned to the Bid Package.
Enabled Bid Packages
- Accessible by listed Bidders in the Bidders by Division grid.
- Documents can be downloaded.
- Bid Replies can be updated.
- If a public bid package, available within the Public Bid Packages section of the login screen
- New Invitation to Bid Emails can be sent.
- New Bid Package Messages can be added and sent.
Disabled Bid Packages
- Inaccessible to ALL listed Bidders in the Bidders by Division Grid.
- Bid Package is removed from My Bid Packages for all listed Bidders.
- Invitation to Bid hyperlinks are also disabled.
- Bid Replies can no longer be updated.
- Removed from the Public Bid Packages section of the login screen (if applicable)
- Accessible by only Project Admins and Org Admins.
- Display in a red color in the Bid Packages grid.
- Show a Disabled banner when opened
Toggling the Bid Package Status
1. Navigate to the Bid Package
2. Select the Enable/Disable Bid Package button in the top ribbon
Enabled bid packages will be Disabled.
Disabled Bid Packages will be Enabled
