Why Does The Vendor Name Say {Vendor Not Synced} on a Commitment?
Answer
The Vendor Code (VendorID) for that Vendor has not been shared to the StratusVue website.
In Sage 300 integrated projects, Commitments can synchronize both ways: from StratusVue to Sage 300 and from Sage 300 to StratusVue, therefore they can be created in either platform.
When a Commitment is generated in Sage 300 and synchronized TO the StratusVue website, the Vendor that is assigned to that Commitment in Sage 300 must be synchronized from Sage 300 into the User Group - Sage 300 Integrated Address Book.
Please note, that this does not occur on StratusVue Issued Commitments because Commitments can only be issued to organizations within User Group - Sage 300 Integrated Address Book
Resolution
Locate the Vendor Company (with the Vendor Code) within the Sage 300 Module of AddressBook and make sure that it Rules for Sage 300 Vendor Synchronization (or any customized AddressBook Integration set for your Organization).
