About the RFI Reply Email Notification
The RFI Reply Email notification is the email that is sent when new RFI discussion posts are added to an RFI. Please refer to Responding to RFI's for more information about generting the RFI Reply Email.
Standard Out-Of-The-Box Email Notification
The Download RFI as PDF Link will generate the current version of the RFI to a PDF for the user to Downnload/Print as needed. This does NOT require login.
The Go to RFI in System link will take the user to the login page, if not already logged into the system within the default browser. Once logged in, the user will be brought to the RFI within the Project.
If the standard, out-of-the-box print of the email does not meet an organization's need, there is the opportunity to customize any email HTML via our Professional Services Group. Submit to support@stratusvue.com a markup of the email with details about customizations or changes. The Report Writers will review the request and advise if the customization request can be completed, the cost associated with the customization, and the turnaround of the customized email
