About Commitment Cost Event Types

There are multiple different Commitment Cost Event Types that are available within the StratusVue Platform website. The Commitment Event Types that are turned on for the project's Organization will be defined within the Organizations Setup > Org Project Options and will be the types shown when navigating into the Project's Commitment Events section and Vendor Subfolder


Each Commitment Cost Event type has its own print, and a standard print of each is provided out-of-the-box. Please note that the print that is produced can be customized for an organization at any time via the StratusVue Professional Services - Custom Reporting Team. If you are interested in customizing any of the Cost Event Type prints, please contact support@stratusvue.com for more information.


Standard Commitment Cost Event Types

These are the Commitment Cost Event Types that are turned on for all organization's out-of-the-box. Additional Commitment Cost Event Types are available. Please contact your Organization Admin or support@stratusvue.com to learn more. 

Change Order Request

The Commitment Change Order Request (COR) is not required for use. 


Commitment COR's can be processed into Commitment Change Orders.


Change Order

Change Orders (COs) cannot be processed. This is the final tier document. 


For Sage 300 Integrations, the only Commitment Cost Event Type that can be released to Sage 300.
