Pencil Draws

Read - Allows project member to see the Pencil Draws section of the Cost Management Module on the Project Home Screen and navigate inside the section.

Write - Allows project member to create Contract and Commitment Pencil Draws. Project Member has full permission to draws that they create; they can view, edit, print and export, post to the discussion, attach files, retrieve files, and transmit draws that they create.

Delete - Allows project member to delete Contract and Commitment Pencil Draws available in the Contract and Commitment Pencil Draw Summary Grids

Read All - N/A - does not apply to Pencil Draws.

Pencil Draws - Commitment

Read - Allows project member to see and open all existing Commitment Pencil Draws within the Commitment Pencil Draws Summary Grid. Within each draw, the project member has the ability to view, print and export, post to the discussion area, and retrieve files from the attachment's sections.

Write - Allows project member to edit, add attachments, and transmit all existing Commitment Pencil Draws.

Delete - Allows for deleting of attachments within a Commitment Pencil Draw.

Read All - N/A - does not apply to Pencil Draws.

Pencil Draws - Contract

Read - Allows project member to see and open all existing Contract Pencil Draws within the Contract Pencil Draws Summary Grid. Within each draw, the project member has the ability to view, print and export, post to the discussion area, and retrieve files from the attachment's sections.

Write - Allows project member to edit, add attachments, and transmit all existing Contract Pencil Draws. Also allows for modifications of the Invoice Number, Invoice Date, and Date Period section of the Contract Pencil Draw.
