About ZIP Files
A ZIP files is a common format used for compressing one or more files into a a single location. The StratusVue websites often deliver documents and files as a ZIP. Once the files are downloaded, they can be "unzipped" or "decompressed" on the local machine for viewing, editing, and collaboration.
