What is Freshdesk?
Freshdesk is the ticketing and solutions program that utilized by StratusVue. StratusVue utilizes Freshdesk for all communication with StratusVue Platform subscribers and collaborators via tickets. Freshdesk is also home to the StratusVue Knowledge Base and StratusVue Forums.
Do I need an account?
An account is not required to communicate with StratusVue Team, email notifications will automatically be populated into the ticket. However there are some benefits to have a StratusVue Freshdesk account, including the ability to:
- monitor ticket statuses
- post comments directly to tickets
- participate in StratusVue Forums
How do I sign up?
1. Navigate to https://stratusvue.freshdesk.com/support/home
2. Select Sign Up
3. Complete the form and select Register
