Required Anti-Virus Scanning Exclusions for StratusDrive Print

StratusDrive requires the below Antivirus exclusions be added for the drive to ALL computers that will be accessing the drive locally.

1. %USERPROFILE%\appdata\Local\kenesto

2. Kenesto.Drive.Manager.exe

3. S:\ (This will be the drive letter being used on the device and can vary)

If these exclusions are not properly set, users will be presented with the below Drive Message

Important: This message will also be displayed on all new installations of the drive as a reminder the the exclusions will need to be set. If this message keeps showing, the exclusions have not been set properly by IT. Every anti-virus application

is different, settings may vary by software.
