About the Project Level Activity Log Report
The Activity Log Report at the project level will show all activity/tasks that have been completed on the project by all Project Members. Activities that can be completed in the project will be captured as a task on the Activity Log Report of that project. It is important to note that the Activity Log Report is also available as an Organizational Level Report.
This report can be located in the Project Report Module of the project:
Filters
By Project Member = A dropdown of the listed Project Members of the project.
By Task = A selection window of all tasks that are available. Multiple Tasks can be selected by holding CTRL on the keyboard and selecting with the mouse.
By Date From = The beginning date to search/filter for activities (defaults to current date when Activity Log Report is opened)
By Date To = The end date to search/filter for activities (defaults to current date when Activity Log Report is opened)
By Description = A text field that can be used to search for a specific description or keyword.
By Subcontractor (User Company) = A dropdown populated by Site User Companies. Start typing to search for a User Company.
By Task (Delete, Move, Update etc...) = A text field that can be used to search for Task keywords. Examples would include Delete, Move, Update, Create, etc.
Once filters have been applied, using the Run button will run the filters on the project data and return results for viewing.
Viewing the Results
Once the filters are entered, use the Run button to apply the entered filters to the available data. The Activity Log Report Preview Grid will populate with the results based on the entered filter criteria.
Additionally, the Activity Log Report can be exported as a .csv file by selecting the Download Report link
