If user Fails login too many times (6) consecutively in the same session, the site will disable the account for security reasons.

The screen switches from login failed, to you have been locked out and need to contact support.

Users who do get locked out – go into a hold preventing any login.  This will need to be reviewed by Support and a reset will need to be done before access will be restored for that user.  Please email Support requesting the profile be restored support@stratusvue.com

Note:  If a user is encountering a delay in getting the 2FA email notification it is recommended the user use an Authenticator App, by doing so the delay will be improved and the email will be received when requested without delay. StratusVue supports MS, Google and Duo.
