About Adding Project Members to Multiple Projects

Standard users within the StratusVue Platform website do not have this feature, this feature is reserved for Organization Admins. To learn more about how to add Project Members, please refer to Project Members.


This feature allows project members to be added to multiple projects at once from the Organization Location & Project Toolbar.


Add a Project Member to Multiple Projects


1. Select My Organizations on the Navigation Tree


2. In the Organization Location & Project Toolbar, expand the location that the project's reside


3. Select all of the projects that the project member is being added by selecting the checkbox to the left



4. Select Add Members in the toolbar



5. In the System Tool: The User Selection Tool, search for the Project Member(s) being added and select their checkboxes


6. Click the Close & Add Selected button at the bottom


The screen will refresh back to the Organization Location & Project Toolbar when the Project Members have been added. As a reminder, Project Members are added to Projects with project permissions that are designated to that user's User RoleProject Member Permissions can then be further customized for each project.
