Meeting Minutes have the ability to be hidden from view in a  Meeting and Meetings Reports/Prints


To Hide Meeting Minutes:

1. Navigate to the Meeting and into the Meeting Minute that needs to be hidden from view

2. Select MARK AS HIDDEN Check Box in the Meeting Minute Item Information screen

3 .Select Update


The Minute is now hidden from the Grid view of the Meeting Minutes as well as the Meetings Reports/Prints.


To Show Hidden Minutes:

1. Navigate to the Meeting 

2. In the Top Ribbon, select Show Minutes

3 .The Meeting Minute will be returned to view in the grid

* The Minute will still be hidden on the Meetings Reports/Prints. However, in the Meetings Reports, there is an option in the filter to Show Hidden minutes to have them print on the reports
