About Editing Document Information After the Initial Upload

After a document has been uploaded to the project within a document module section, the details regarding that document can be updated. 


It is important to understand that this is to change the existing document's information. If a revision is being created, please refer to Document Revisions


Editing Document Information


1. Navigate to the document within the document management module section


2. Click on the document number in the first column in the grid for the document being edited

3. Select the version of the file that document details are being updated from the grid


4. Update the document details as required


5. Select Update
