Just like internet browsers, sometimes mobile applications need their App Data and Cache cleared. This article will walk through clearing App Data and Cache from Apple® and Android™ device Mobile Applications.
Apple®
1. Open the device's settings app
2. Select General Settings > iPad/iPhone Storage
3. Search/Find the mobile application that app data and cache are being cleared for and select it
4. Select Offload App
Android ™
1. Open the device's settings app
2. Find "Apps" Settings
3. Search/Find the mobile application that app data and cache are being cleared for and select it
4. Within the App Info of the app, locate the Storage & Cache section
5. Select either Clear Storage or Clear Cache (or both)
