In order to use this function, the project must be setup using the Contracts (CN) Module of Sage 300 


Within a contract change event a contract quick add can be created adding a new contract item (SOV) to the project. 

 

Contract Quick Adds are created when the contract is left as (Add a New Contract Item).

Create New Cha e Order Cost Event Number: TBD DAIIOW muRipIe contract items Status:

 

Upon saving you will have a popup window to complete the newly created contract quick add item.

The contract item quick add has now been created.

Contract Item quick adds can only be created in the header location, contract item quick adds are not created with the body of the change event or within the contract items section.

 

When selecting the option to Allow multiple contract items, this will allow for each item listed within the change event to be assigned to a different contract item.  Please note only one contract item quick add can be created per contract change event.
