If Change Orders are authored in Sage 300 and you want them to be recorded equally in the StratusVue solution website, they would need to also be authored in the StratusVue website. Change Orders authored in Sage300 will not sync up to the cloud from Sage 300.
The limitation of the change event API is that cloud can only bring up the final values of Change orders (Commitment or Contract) from Sage300. These totals can be seen under Accounting Approved Changes.
Change Orders are transferred as a transaction via the StratusVueAPI and have a one way synchronization from the cloud to Sage 300 over the StratusVue Sage 300 Connector.
Commitments are transferred as an object,allowing for the data share to be passed both directions.
