Within the Contract Events section, Reviewers can be added to receive automated email notifications from actions within a Contract Change Event. Two actions will generate an email notification a reply is posted and/or the Architect or Owner status is changed.
When a Reply is added to the Replies section of a Contract Change Event, the listed Folder Reviewers will receive an automated email notification.
When the Architect or Owner Status Changes the listed Folder Reviewers will receive an automated email notification.
