Rules for Company Synchronization
These are the minimum requirements in Sage 300 for a Company to synchronize from the Address Book Module to the User Group - Sage 300 Integrated Address Book.
In Sage 300 Address Book (AB), the Company MUST:
1. be active (not marked as inactive)
2. have an address in either the remittance or street address
Note: Companies in AddressBook can have a Street, Shipping, or Remittance address.
Only one address is uploaded to the StratusVue Platform website for each company. The system searches for these address types in the order listed and the first one found will become the address in the StratusVue Platform.
3. have a zip code
4. have a 10-digit phone number
5. Have a miscellaneous code (usually = 1) in the company
Note: The misc. code requirement is the standard AddressBook Integration.
It is possible for an organization to have a different integration configuration. If you are unsure, please contact your Organization Admin.
Please note, if Commitments will be created for this company within the StratusVue Platform website, it is imperative to only synchronize the Company that is noted as the Accounts Payable Vendor within the Use As dropdown of the Company. This is how the Vendor Code for the company is shared to StratusVue for Commitment Synchronization.
Rules for Contact Synchronization
These are the minimum requirements for a person to synchronize from Sage 300 Address Book to the User Group - Sage 300 Integrated Address Book. (All Rules for Company Synchronization must be met in order for a person to Synchronize)
In Sage 300 Address Book (AB), the person MUST:
1. Be Active
2. Have a First and Last Name
3. Have an email address
Please note, selecting the icon to the far left of a person will open the person record to show the full details of that person record.
The first time a person is synchronized to the StratusVue Platform website, they will likely be created as a contact profile within the User Group of Address Book.
