Username Recovery
To recover a lost or forgotten Username, you will need to navigate to the login page of your StratusVue Solution website.
1. Select Forgot username link
2. Enter User's first and last name and email address. Confirm the email Address and select Submit.
3. The system will confirm that the username has been sent to the email address
4. Retrieve your Username from the email sent
Password Recovery
To recover a lost or forgotten password, you will need to navigate to the login page of your StratusVue Solution website.
1. Select Forgot Password? link
2. Enter the User Login assigned to the user profile and select Submit
3. Enter the User's first and last name and select Submit Password Reset Request
4. Check your email for a password reset link
5. Use the link within the email to be taken to the password reset page
6. Enter the new password desired and select Set New Password
Please note passwords are case sensitive and do have minimum requirements: 8 Characters, include an upper and lower case letter, and include a special symbol.
7. Once the system has confirmed the password has been reset successfully, please navigate to your StratusVue Solution website and login!
