What is the Advanced Copy of a Project function?
Advanced Copy of a project will allow you to bring forward existing Meetings and Agendas and the attachments to those Meetings or Agendas into a new Project. The ability to advanced copy project is limited to Organization Admins.
Note: This will create an exact copy of your Meetings and Agendas into the new Project. All areas will copy forward:
Attachments
Invitees/Attendees
Agenda Items/Meeting Minutes (and any attachments)
How to Create an Advanced Copy of a Project
Expand the location where the project is listed that an advanced copy needs to be made. Select the Project and utilize the Advanced Copy button
Note: This function is only available for Organization Admins
In the next screen, select the items that need to be copied forward and select Copy Selected
Data Items will only bring forward the Meetings and Agenda content. The Attachments checkbox is to include the attachments for those data items.
In the next screen, notice the familiar Project Creation Screen. Here you can enter the unique project information for the new project being created. Click Save at the bottom to finalize the creation of the project.
Note: Project Name, Project Number, Project Zip are the only required fields
NOTE: Owning Location represents the Organization name location you would like the copied project to exist. Be sure to click save to record your modifications.
