RFI's can be authored and viewed/edited within the mobile app.
When within a Project, on the Mobile Navigation Tree to the left, select RFI
Once you have opened the RFI section, you will see a listing of created sub-folders and Daily Logs that you been granted access. Sub-folders will be at the top, notated with an arrow to the right. Existing RFI's not in a sub-folder will be listed at the bottom.
Creating a New RFI or Sub-folder
When within the RFI's section, you have the ability to create New RFIs or Sub-folders. To the top right, use the white plus sign.
Add folder will generate a folder
Add item will generate a new RFI
Once you have clicked Add Item to generate a new RFI, you will enter the general information regarding the RFI.
Once general information has been entered, select Save to the top right.
Editing a RFI
Select the RFI that you wish to edit Information for. To the Top right, you will see a pencil - selecting this will open the RFI to Edit the information
Adding Attachments to a RFI
Attachments can be added to an existing RFI. Once inside the RFI, you will see an Attachments section that will allow for attaching documents and photos. Click the Add button to the right.
2. Select from the upload options, there will be three options given.
Open Camera - allows for pictures to be taken using your camera in real time
Photo Library - allows for you to select from your device's existing photo library
Note: When using the multi-select option, the number of files that can be uploaded at one time can vary in relationship to file size and internet connectivity. The recommendation is 4-5 files at a time.
Select Other Files - allows for other types of files (other than pictures) to be attached from the device's files

Posting to the Discussion of a RFI
In the Discussions section, you will be able Add a new discussion message. Click "Reply"
A pop up box will appear for you to type your reply into
Click Submit to save the Discussion post
Transmitting a RFI
Select the RFI that you wish to Transmit. To the Top right, you will see box with an arrow pointing out the top - selecting this will Transmit the RFI to all listed TO and CC Users. You will get a pop-up at the bottom notifying of Transmission.
