The event viewer log of the StratusVueAPI is located on the server the StratusVue Connector and the integrated accounting platform are installed. This log is helpful in isolating synchronization issue. 


Before generating a copy of the StratusVueAPI event log, please be sure to request a manual sync of the project you are working on with Support.  This request to sync the project prior to generating a copy of the event log will ensure the project is contained within the log.

 

  • Locate the Event Viewer on the server you have Sage300 installed.  Do so by searching for Event Viewer within the search box of the computer.  To launch the Event Viewer, just hit Start, type "Event Viewer" into the search box and the click the result. 

 

 

  • On the far left of the screen will be Applications and Services Logs

  • Expand the Applications and Services Log folder and open Stratusvue.API.Client

 

  • When the log opens on the far right of the screen under Actions you will see an option to Save All Events As…

  • Select "Save All Events As…" and email the saved copy of the event viewer log as an attachment to support@sagecpc.com
